Sulphur Wells Barn is a converted barn in Broughton, near Skipton. It's detached, so no one attached next door. You get the garden and patio to yourselves.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The stairs are fairly steep, which is typical for a barn. There's a stairgate at the top. The living room has a wood burner. We leave logs for you to get started.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, but it's always worth checking the gates.
The main thing is the access to the rewilding estate next door. It's thousands of acres. You can walk straight out from the barn into the woods and along the river. It's very quiet.
There's a local pub in the village, about a five-minute walk. They do food. For a bigger shop, Skipton is about ten minutes by car.
Grassington is a nice town for a wander, about twenty minutes away. The whole of the Yorkshire Dales is on your doorstep for walking. Yorkshire Dales National Park has good information on routes.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. We also have a cot and highchair if you need them.
