Ash Grove is in Skipton, just off the main high street up a cobbled lane. It's an end-of-terrace cottage.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath. The third bedroom is up a second flight of stairs in the attic. The ceiling is low up there, mind you. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order.
You come into a big kitchen with a slate floor. It leads into the dining room. The living room has a wood burner and a large bay window. There's a small courtyard garden out the back and a little enclosed garden at the front. The cottage also shares a larger garden with the rest of the row, which is handy if you've got kids.
The town centre is a short walk away. There's a shop about 500 yards away, and a pub and restaurant about 600 yards.
Skipton's got the castle, the market, and the canal running through it. You can walk along the canal or hire a boat. Yorkshire Dales National Park is right on the doorstep. For a day out, you can drive to York or into the southern Lake District, both within an hour or so.
For facilities, there's parking on site, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one pet.
