Rose Cottage is in Low Bradley, near Skipton. It's a Victorian cottage from the 1890s. It's on its own, not attached, which I always think is a bonus.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean, no frills.
There's a local shop just down the road. The pub is a short walk away too and they do food. The Leeds-Liverpool Canal is close by for a flat, easy walk.
Skipton is about three miles away. It's a proper market town with a castle, a high street, and all the shops you'd need.
The cottage is right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You can drive to Malham Cove or Bolton Abbey in about fifteen minutes. Ilkley Moor is also nearby if you fancied a walk up there.
If you wanted a day out by train, you can get to Saltaire to see Salts Mill, or into Leeds. York is about an hour's drive.
Inside, it's got a wood burning stove for the evenings. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The WiFi works. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
