Top Lodge is in Broughton in North Yorkshire. It's a cottage that sits on the edge of Broughton Hall estate. You look out onto trees and it's very quiet.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is useful. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It was all refurbished recently.
The kitchen door is the main way in. Inside, it's all on one level except for two bedrooms which are upstairs. The stairs are normal. There's a downstairs bedroom and shower room, which could be good if stairs are a problem for someone.
You get access to the Broughton Sanctuary with your stay. It's a big rewilding estate. You can walk or cycle on the trails there. It's right outside.
The closest pub is about 500 yards away. You can walk to it through the estate grounds. The nearest shop is a few miles away in Skipton.
Skipton is the main town nearby. It's about a 15 minute drive. Grassington in the Dales is about 12 miles. Kettlewell is a bit further. There's good walking everywhere. Kilnsey Crag is a famous spot for climbers to watch.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well behaved dog is allowed.
