Mickle Hill Mews
Mickle Hill Mews is in Gargrave. It's one of a few grouped around a courtyard. It's a simple two up, two down kind of place.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got the 5 Star rating so everything's in good order and modern.
The village centre is a two minute walk. There's a shop and a pub just up the road, about 250 yards. The pub does food. You can start walks right from the door, along the river or up into the hills if you want something steeper.
Skipton is about ten minutes in the car. It's a proper market town with a castle, shops, and the canal. You can get boat trips there. Yorkshire Dales National Park is right on the doorstep.
The cottage is open plan downstairs. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Parking is right outside. Bedding is included. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Yorkshire page has good information on places like Malham Cove and Fountains Abbey, which are within half an hour.
