Blue Buttons
This is Blue Buttons, a little cottage up a private drive just on the edge of Skipton. There are three other holiday cottages here, but it's detached, so you've got your own walls. It sleeps two, one bedroom.
The place was fixed up inside by an interior architect, so it's all very nicely put together. It's got a five star rating. I suppose that means it's quite polished.
The main thing is the bathroom. It's got a big double jacuzzi bath. It's like having a hot tub but indoors, so you can use it any time. There are robes and nice toiletries provided, and you'll get a welcome pack with some local bits and a bottle of wine.
You can walk into the town centre in about fifteen, twenty minutes. There's a park on the way. Skipton's a proper market town with a castle. There's an indoor swimming pool you can use near that park. The train station is in town too. You can get a train straight to Leeds if you fancy a day out shopping.
You're right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You can drive up into the Dales in no time. Villages like Grassington and Malham are really close. The Forest of Bowland is also about half an hour away.
Facilities: it's got a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Washing machine. There's a garden area and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
