Delph House

Delph House is a holiday cottage in Draughton. It's the left-hand side of a converted stone farmhouse. Grange Farm House is attached, so it's semi-detached. You have your own garden and patio. The view from the back looks out over the valley towards Bolton Abbey.

It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, with things like a dishwasher and a washing machine. The Wi-Fi works. There are some old beams, which are nice, but mind your head if you're tall.

The village is quiet. Skipton is about three miles away. That's where you'll find the castle, shops, and places to eat. The Leeds and Liverpool Canal goes through there.

If you're walking, Bolton Abbey estate is very close. You can walk from the cottage. The Yorkshire Dales start right on the doorstep. The Pennine Way isn't far.

For a day out, you can get on a steam train. The Yorkshire Dales Railway is about three miles away, near Embsay. The Worth Valley Railway at Haworth is about twelve miles. Haworth itself, for the Brontë Parsonage, is also about twelve miles.

Facilities: everything listed is there. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. There's a kids' play area on site. Sorry, no pets.
