Moorgate Cottage
Moorgate Cottage is on our sheep and beef farm in Kelbrook. It's a barn conversion next to our house, detached from the other cottages here. You get your own garden, it's enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. Everything is open plan downstairs.
The village centre and the local pub are about five minutes walk down the lane. It's a proper working farm, so you'll see and hear animals. The views from the cottage look out towards Pendle Hill and the fields.
You're right on the Lancashire and Yorkshire border. Skipton is about nine miles east. It's a good market town with shops and a castle. Yorkshire Dales National Park starts not far from there. Going west, Clitheroe and the Forest of Bowland are about ten miles. Both are good for walking.
There's a hot tub in the private garden. We've included all bedding and towels. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, and bike storage. You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
