Barrowford Flat

Barrowford Flat is an upstairs flat in a building with two other holiday lets. You get a parking space for two cars.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite off a double bedroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's got all the standard stuff: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine.

The layout is open-plan kitchen and living room. The main quirk is the spiral staircase in the living room. It goes up to a mezzanine level where there's a casino table. It's just there if you fancy a game.

Barrowford itself is a village. There's a small supermarket, a couple of cafes, and a park by the river. It's quiet.

For days out, you're on the edge of the Pennines. Skipton is about a 20-minute drive. You've got the castle and the canal there. Malham Cove and its limestone pavement is just over half an hour away. Bolton Abbey is about the same. If you head west, you can get to Blackpool in under an hour.
