Fairfield is a bungalow in Barley, up near Pendle Hill. It's got an enclosed garden that slopes down to a stream at the back. There's a big conservatory overlooking it.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring one dog. The layout is all on one level, which is useful if stairs are a concern.
The village itself is about 150 yards away. There's a pub, a cafe, and a restaurant you can walk to. The pub serves food. Barley has a picnic area right at the foot of Pendle Hill. It's a good starting point for walks up the hill or along the Pendle Way.
You're in the Forest of Bowland here. Clitheroe is about eight miles away for a bigger supermarket and the castle. For a day out, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District are both under an hour's drive. The coast at Morecambe or Blackpool is about the same.
Facilities include a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
