Downstairs is a ground-floor apartment in Clitheroe. It's one of a pair. The patio at the back is shared with the other apartment, but it's usually quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well-specced and new. The living area is open plan and everything's heated.
Clitheroe's a good spot. You can walk into the town centre for shops and cafes. There are a couple of pubs nearby you can get to. The main thing is you're on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. You can drive for five minutes and be out on the fells. It's good walking country.
Within half an hour you can get to places like Whalley, Ribchester for the Roman museum, and the Stonyhurst estate. For a longer trip, the Yorkshire Dales aren't far. Pendle Hill is right there, obviously.
Practical stuff: there's parking for two cars inside electric gates, and an electric car charger. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
