It's a town house, so it's tall and thin. The front door opens into a hallway. The living room is on your right, with a sofa and a coal fire. There's a bay window. The kitchen is at the back, and it's got everything you'd need. The dining table seats six. The family shower room is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the four bedrooms. They're all a decent size. The stairs are typical for a house like this, so just be mindful.
Outside, there's a driveway that fits two cars. The garden at the front is open. The yard at the back is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing a dog. Speaking of which, you can bring one pet.
Location is the main thing here. You're a five minute walk from Clitheroe town centre. There are shops, cafes, and a few pubs that do food. You don't really need to drive if you don't want to.
For walks, you're right on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. It's good walking and cycling country. The river's close by too. The Ribchester Roman Museum is about twenty minutes drive south if that's your sort of thing.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. There's also bike storage.
