Horseshoe Cottage
Horseshoe Cottage is on our sheep farm, just outside Rimington. It's a barn that we converted, attached to our house. You get your own front door and it's all self-contained.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The shower is a walk-in one on the ground floor.
You're right in the middle of a working farm. There are sheep in the fields. The views are good. You can sit out on the patio. It's quiet.
You're two miles from Sawley. There's a pub there by the river. Gisburn is about two and a half miles away for a shop. The Gisburn Forest trails are about ten miles if you're into mountain biking.
Clitheroe is seven miles. It's a nice market town with a castle and shops. Skipton is thirteen miles, another market town. The Yorkshire Dales are about an hour's drive. The Forest of Bowland is close too.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We allow up to two dogs.
