Chattox Cottage is in Barrowford. It's above a row of shops on a cobbled street. It used to be a weaver's cottage.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One double room and one with two singles. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's rated 4 Star. Everything's clean and it's comfortable, but it's not a new build. The walls are thick stone.
You've got a proper kitchen with a dining table. The lounge is through the back of the kitchen. It's got a gas fire that looks like coal. The WiFi works.
You're right in the middle of the village. Shops, cafes, and a couple of pubs are a minute's walk away. It's good if you don't want to drive every time you need a pint of milk.
Skipton is about a fifteen minute drive. They've got the castle and the market. Bolton Abbey and the Strid are within half an hour. For a day out with kids, Thornton Hall Farm is nearby too.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's no private parking directly outside because of the cobbles, but there's free on-street parking a very short walk away on the main road.
