Tilly Cottage
Tilly Cottage is on the edge of Beverley. It's an end-of-terrace cottage you'd get to down a country lane. The views are out over fields towards Pendle Hill.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. I've had it refurbished but kept things like the old doors and the fireplace. Those are the original features.
There's a pub right up the road. For a cooked breakfast, there's a cafe about a minute's walk away. Barrowford is a mile and a half down the lane. They've got some nice independent shops there.
You're well placed for walking. You can walk from the door through the fields. The Pendle villages like Roughlee and Barley are a short drive. That's where you'd start a walk up Pendle Hill itself. The Forest of Bowland and the Ribble Valley are close by too.
Further out, Clitheroe is about seventeen miles. Skipton is a twenty minute drive. You can be in the Lake District, at Windermere, in just over an hour if you take the scenic route from here.
For facilities, bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi. You can bring one dog.
