River Cottage
This is River Cottage in Barrowford. It's one of three cottages on site, so you'll see neighbours, but it's your own place. You get parking for two cars right outside.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, both with big TVs. One has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There's another bathroom just outside the other bedroom, and a separate toilet downstairs under the stairs.
Inside it's all open plan. The kitchen has what you need: oven, hob, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The living area has a big sofa and a Smart TV on the wall. It's been done to a good standard. It's clean and comfortable.
Barrowford itself is a nice village. There's a small supermarket, a couple of cafes, and a kids' park by the river. The pub is a few minutes walk away.
For days out, you're well placed. Pendle Hill is right there for walking. The market town of Skipton is about a 20 minute drive. You've got Skipton Castle and the canal there. Malham Cove and Bolton Abbey are within half an hour. If you head the other way, into Greater Manchester, the Marsden Moor estate is about 45 minutes. Blackpool and the coast are about an hour's drive.
Everything is included: bedding, towels, wifi, electricity. No pets, sorry.
