The property is called Sea The Sea. It's in Woolacombe, just up the hill from the village.
It's a modern apartment on the first floor, so you go up some external steps to get in. It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy. The main bedroom has a king size bed and doors out to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third room has bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom between them.
The living area is all open plan. Big doors open onto the balcony. The view is the main thing. You look right out over Woolacombe Bay and the sea. On a clear day you can see Lundy Island.
Outside, there's a balcony at the front. Round the back, more steps lead down to a private garden area with a hot tub. The view from there is even better.
It's a five star place, so everything is in good order and well-equipped. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Parking is on site.
To get to the beach, you walk down the hill. It's about a ten minute walk to the sand. Woolacombe beach is very long and good for surfing. The village has shops, cafes, and pubs.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk towards Ilfracombe one way or towards Croyde and Baggy Point the other. Exmoor is about a twenty minute drive inland.
