No 3
This is No 3, a bungalow in Ciliau Aeron. It's a quiet spot outside Lampeter, on a row with a few other houses. The place is yours, front and back.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a kingsize. There's one bathroom with a shower. We've kept it as a 4 Star, so everything works, it's clean and comfortable, but you won't find a fancy coffee machine. The WiFi works fine.
The layout is all open-plan. You walk into the kitchen, dining and living area as one room. The back garden is a proper lawn, fully enclosed, good if you've got dogs or kids. Out the front there's a decked bit with a table and chairs, then a bit of lawn as well. It's good for the morning sun.
The location is quiet. There's a village shop not far, and you're about ten minutes' drive from Lampeter for supermarkets. The coast at Aberaeron is about fifteen minutes by car.
From here, you can get to a lot. Aberystwyth is half an hour up the coast. It's got the university, the pier, and the cliff railway. The National Trust in Wales has several places nearby like Llanerchaeron. For walking, the Ceredigion Coastal Path is beautiful and the Visit Wales site has good route ideas.
Facilities are straightforward. Washing machine, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
