Morlais is a first floor flat above the coastal path, in Llannon. It's a duplex, so there are stairs inside. The views are the main thing. Every room faces west over Cardigan Bay. You can watch the sunset from the kitchen balcony or the main lounge.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both have their own bathroom, one with a shower, one with a bath. It's got a 4 Star rating. The lounge is long and carpeted, with big windows. The bi-folds open onto a walled balcony. The kitchen has a washing machine and a small toughened glass balcony with a table and chairs.
You're right on the Ceredigion Coastal Path. You can walk south to Aberaeron or north to New Quay from the door. We see seals and dolphins sometimes. The village of Llannon is about ten minutes walk back inland. It's got a shop, a post office, a butcher, a chip shop, and a pub that does food.
Aberaeron is about five miles south. It's a nice harbour town with places to eat. Aberystwyth is twelve miles north. That's bigger, with a pier, a promenade, and supermarkets.
For things to do, the coastal path is right there. There's a golf course at Aberystwyth. You can go horse riding or fishing locally. The flat has parking, WiFi, TV, and all bedding and towels are included. No pets.
