Seanicview Primrose Lodge is on the Honicombe Manor park near Luckett. It's a three bedroom lodge that sleeps six.
The layout is reverse level, so you go upstairs to the main living area. That means the lounge and kitchen lead out onto a big balcony. The view looks down over the park. It's a good spot for a coffee. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower.
Downstairs are the three bedrooms. One has a double bed and doors to a patio. The other two are twins. One of the twin rooms has smaller beds, so they're really only suitable for children.
The park has some leisure facilities, like a gym. You can walk to them easily from the lodge. The site itself is quiet.
In terms of location, you're right on the border of Devon and Cornwall. The Tamar Valley is on your doorstep. Dartmoor National Park is about a 20 minute drive for walking. Going west into Cornwall, Bodmin Moor is similar, about half an hour away.
For the coast, places like Seaton or Downderry are within 30 minutes. Looe and Fowey are traditional fishing harbours, also about half an hour's drive. Plymouth is a bit closer, maybe 25 minutes, if you need a city for shopping or the historic waterfront.
The lodge has things like a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We accept one well behaved dog.
