Sage
Sage is a single-storey cottage on our land in Lamerton. It's detached, so you're on your own. The front looks out over our garden and fields. It's very quiet here.
It's for two people. One bedroom with the bathroom right next to it. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well kitted out and comfortable. Everything is on the ground floor and the entrance has no steps, which is handy.
You've got your own patio area with a table and chairs. The inside is open plan. There's a kitchen area, a sofa, and a TV. Wifi is included. There's a washing machine, and all the bedding and towels are provided.
The local pub is in the village, about a mile down the lane. It does food.
You're right on the edge of Dartmoor. You can walk onto the moor from here. For a drive, Tavistock is about ten minutes away. They've got shops, a pannier market, and a few places to eat.
Plymouth is about half an hour by car if you need a city or the ferry to Cornwall. The Tamar Valley is close by, and the north coast beaches like Widemouth are roughly 45 minutes.
