This place is Dartmoor 3. It's in St Ann's Chapel, on the edge of the Tamar Valley, so you're right on the Cornwall and Devon border.
It's a detached lodge on the Honicombe Manor park. Sleeps eight in four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a three star rating. That means it's comfortable and practical. The furniture is what you'd expect. It's clean.
You get a private hot tub on the deck. The deck looks out over fields.
Being on the park means you can use the facilities. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, a tennis court, and a kids' play area. The bar and restaurant in the main manor house are open most evenings. Sometimes there's live music or events on.
The lodge has a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking right outside. Towels and bedding are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
Location wise, you're in the Tamar Valley, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Dartmoor National Park is about a twenty minute drive north. The nearest proper shop is a mile away in Gunnislake.
Cornwall's south coast beaches, like Whitsand Bay, are about a thirty minute drive. Plymouth is about twenty minutes away if you need a city or the ferry to Mount Edgcumbe. Bodmin Moor is about forty minutes drive.
