Tamar Ten
Tamar Ten is a holiday flat on the Honicombe Park in St Ann's Chapel. It's first floor, so you go upstairs. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main living space is all open-plan. Big windows, and sliding doors open onto a balcony facing south. You get a view over the valley from up there. The kitchen is modern, with a large island in the middle. There's a wine cooler and a dishwasher.
You get membership to the park's leisure facilities included. That means you can use the indoor and outdoor pools, the tennis court, the small gym, and the games room. There's a bar and a restaurant on site too. The park is about 20 acres.
It's in the Tamar Valley, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Calstock village is a few minutes' drive away. You can get the train from there into Plymouth, which is easier than driving in. The National Trust's Cotehele house and gardens are close by. For a wider view of the area, Tamar Valley AONB has good information.
The nearest proper shop is about two miles away in Gunnislake. The coast is about a 20-minute drive.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
