This is Seanicview Cottage 1. It's on a holiday park near St Ann's Chapel in Cornwall, right near the Devon border. It's part of a row of townhouse-style buildings.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything is in good order. One thing to know: the living area is upstairs. You've got two sofas, a dining table, and doors out to a private balcony. The view from there is over fields and countryside. It's a good spot for a sunset.
The two bedrooms and the bathrooms are on the ground floor. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and the other has a walk-in shower.
The park has a gym you can use. There's parking outside the cottage.
For things to do, you're in a good spot. The Tamar Valley is right there for walking. You can get to the south coast beaches like Seaton or Downderry in about 20 minutes by car. Looe and Fowey are a bit further, maybe 30 to 40 minutes. Plymouth is about half an hour away if you need a bigger town or the ferry to Mount Edgcumbe. Dartmoor is roughly 40 minutes to the east.
Facilities in the cottage: it's got everything listed. WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
