Seanicview Cottage 1

Seanicview Cottage 1 is on a holiday park near St Ann's Chapel, right on the Cornwall side of the Tamar. It's a townhouse style, so the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living area is upstairs. That's where the best views are.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both downstairs. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. One's got a walk-in shower, the other has a bath with a shower over it.

The living area upstairs is open-plan. There's a decent sized balcony off it. You get a good view over the countryside from there. The sunsets can be very good. The furniture is comfortable, nothing fancy. There's a small reading nook by the window.

Being on the park, you have access to their facilities. That means indoor and outdoor heated pools, and a gym. They're included.

Location wise, you're about a 20 minute drive from the south coast. Seaton and Downderry beaches are that way. Looe and Fowey are lovely harbour towns, full of character, about half an hour away. Plymouth is also around half an hour's drive for a proper city day out. You're right on the edge of the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for walks. Dartmoor is about 30 minutes north. Bodmin Moor is a similar distance west.

Facilities in the cottage: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept and comfortable.

If you're coming with another family, you can book it together with Seanicview Cottage 2 next door to sleep eight.
