Woodovis Cottage
Woodovis Cottage is here on our park in Chipshop, Devon. It's a detached place, used to be a stable. The park itself is small and quiet.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms: one with a super king bed and another with a single bed. There's a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. It's got a 5 Star rating, which reflects the fixtures and fittings. It's done to a good standard.
Outside, there's a patio and a garden with furniture and a barbecue. The garden is enclosed.
The living room has a smart TV. The main bedroom has one too. WiFi is included. There's a washing machine, a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. Bedding is included. You can park right by the cottage.
We allow up to two pets.
On site here, the bakery does bread and pastries daily. There's a pop-up kitchen: hog roast on Mondays and Fridays, pizza on Wednesdays. The bar is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The local pub is about a five minute walk.
For a swim, there's an outdoor pool on the park. It's open in the warmer months.
Location wise, Tavistock is the nearest proper town, about a ten minute drive. It's a market town with shops and places to eat. Dartmoor is right on the doorstep, maybe fifteen minutes to get onto the moor itself.
The north coast beaches, like Widemouth Bay, are about half an hour's drive. They're good, sandy, and generally less crowded.
