This one is Dill. It's at Sherrill Farm in Dunterton, which is out in the countryside on the Devon side of the Devon and Cornwall border.
It's a one bedroom cottage, good for two people. It's part of a group of cottages converted from old farm buildings around a central courtyard. You get a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing here is the shared facilities. There's a large indoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a games room with a bowling alley, and a gym. They're open until 9pm. Outside, there's a kids' play area, an all-weather tennis court, and a few fishing ponds in the grounds. The whole place is set in 16 acres.
The cottage itself has the basics: a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and parking right outside. Bedding is included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
You're a bit out of the way, so you'll need a car. The nearest pub is about a mile away. A shop is about four and a half miles. Tavistock is six miles east, and Launceston is about the same west.
For trips out, you're right on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The Tamar Valley is a short drive. The north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall are within an hour or so by car.
