Dill
Dill is at Sherrill Farm near Dunterton. It's a one-bedroom cottage for two. There are twelve others here, converted from old farm buildings around a courtyard.
We’ve given it a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and clean, and we’ve tried to make sure everything works.
The main thing here is the shared leisure facilities on site. There's a large indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a small gym, a games room with a bowling alley, and a kids' play area. It's all open until 9pm. There are also tennis courts you can use, and a couple of fishing ponds.
The cottage itself is on one level. It’s got a kitchen, a sitting area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. There’s a washing machine. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot if you need one. Parking is right outside.
You’re on the edge of Dartmoor. It’s about a ten-minute drive to get up onto the moor proper. The Tamar Valley is also close by. The local pub is a mile away, and it does food.
Tavistock is about six miles east. It’s a decent market town with shops and a pannier market. Launceston is a similar distance the other way, over in Cornwall.

The north and south coasts are both within an hour's drive, depending on traffic.
