Rosemary
Rosemary is one of the cottages at Sherrill Farm. It's on the Devon and Cornwall border, near Dunterton. You're in the countryside here. It's quiet.
The cottage sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well equipped and comfortable.
The farm has about 16 acres. There are other cottages around the central courtyard, but Rosemary is your own place. You get your own patio and garden area.
The main thing is the leisure building. There's a large indoor heated swimming pool, open until 9pm. There's also a Jacuzzi, a small gym, a bowling alley, and a games room. Outside, there's an all-weather tennis court, a kids' play area, and three ponds. Two are for fishing, one is for wildlife.
There's a pub about a mile away. The nearest shop is in Lifton, about four and a half miles. It's a proper farm shop, useful for supplies.
You're well placed for getting out. Dartmoor is on your doorstep for walking. The Tamar Valley is a short drive. The north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall are within an hour or so by car. Tavistock is about six miles, it's a nice market town.

Facilities: all the basics are included - bedding, towels, washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. WiFi is okay for emails and browsing. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is right outside.
