Seanicview Lodge is on the edge of St Ann's Chapel in Cornwall. It’s a standalone lodge, so you won’t be sharing any walls. It’s got a quiet sort of outlook.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms. Two of them are upstairs, but one is a double bedroom on the ground floor by the bathroom. That’s handy if stairs are a problem for someone. The second bathroom is upstairs. The stairs themselves are fine, just a normal flight.
The living area is all open plan, with a kitchen at one end. It’s got everything you’d need. There’s a decent-sized dining table and a couple of sofas. Outside, there’s a fenced decking area with a table and chairs. It’s a good spot for a morning coffee.
The property itself is set in a small holiday park. There’s a kids' play area on site, which is useful if you’ve got younger ones. You can bring one dog. Parking is right outside the lodge.
As for the area, you’re well placed. There’s a village pub about ten minutes’ walk away. For the coast, Seaton beach is a ten-minute drive. Looe and Fowey are both within half an hour by car, they’re the proper harbour towns with all the shops and boats.
If you head inland, you’re right on the edge of the Tamar Valley. For a big day out, the Dartmoor National Park is about twenty minutes away. Plymouth is also around twenty minutes’ drive if you need a city for shopping or the aquarium.
Included in the price are all your utilities, bedding, and towels. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and a TV. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them, just let us know when you book.
