This is Seanicview Cottage 2, in St Ann's Chapel over in Cornwall. It's one of a pair of cottages. You can book both together if you've got a bigger group.
It's a reverse-level place, which means the living bit is upstairs. You go in and the two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Then you go up to the main living area. It's a good size, open-plan kitchen and sitting room. The best bit is the double doors that open onto a private balcony. The view from there is the main thing. You look right out over the Tamar Valley and you can see Dartmoor in the distance.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are fine, just normal ones.
The cottage has a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. You can bring one dog.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet spot but you're not far from things. The Tamar Valley is right there for walks. Dartmoor is about a 20 minute drive for a proper moorland walk. If you head for the coast, places like Seaton, Looe, or Fowey are all within half an hour's drive. Plymouth is about the same, for a day out in the city or by the waterfront.
