This is Seanicview Cottage 2, in St Ann's Chapel. It's up a lane overlooking the Tamar Valley. You can see right across to Dartmoor from here.
It's a two-bedroom place sleeping four. Everything's sort of upside down. The bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. You go upstairs to the main living area, kitchen, and the balcony. The balcony is good. You get those views I mentioned.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
The balcony is the main feature. It's private, and it's where you'll probably end up sitting. The stairs inside are a standard flight, nothing unusual.
You're right on the edge of the Tamar Valley here. For walking, you're close to both Dartmoor National Park and the Tamar Valley itself. Bodmin Moor is about a 30 minute drive west.
The nearest beach is probably Seaton or Downderry, which are a short drive south. For a proper day out, Looe and Fowey are classic Cornish harbour towns, also within half an hour. Plymouth is about a 20 minute drive if you need a city for shops or the historic Barbican area.
It's a quiet spot. There's a local shop and a pub in the village, a few minutes' walk away.
Seanview Cottage 1 is next door if you need to book both together for a larger group.
