Vredehoek

Vredehoek is a barn conversion near Blunts, just outside Saltash in Cornwall. It's detached and sits by itself in the countryside.

It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor. The main bedroom with an en-suite is upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The main living space is open plan with a wood burner. There's underfloor heating. The kitchen is part of that space. There's also a sun room with bifold doors that open onto a deck. The hot tub is out there. The views from upstairs and the sun room look out towards Dartmoor.

The garden wraps around the property. You can follow the sun from the front in the morning to the deck in the afternoon.

It's a rural spot, so you'll need a car. The nearest shop and pub are about two and a quarter miles away in St Dominick. For a beach, you're looking at about nine miles to somewhere like Whitsand Bay.

There's quite a bit nearby for days out. The St Mellion golf resort is a short drive. Adrenalin Quarry is close for things like zip wires and swimming. You're well placed for the Tamar Valley and the south coast. Plymouth is about a fifteen minute drive for ferries to Mount Edgcumbe or the Barbican.

Facilities include the hot tub, underfloor heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible to the ground floor. Sorry, no pets.
