Rosecraddoc Manor - Riverbank is where we are. It's one of the cottages here, down by the edge of the river. It's detached.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean. It's also set up for wheelchair use, with a wet room, grab rails and lower worktops. The entrance and everything you need is on the ground floor.
The cottage looks out over the river and the parkland. It's quiet. You get your own patio and garden area. There's parking right there.
The whole place here is about 35 acres. You can walk through the woods. There's a fishing lake, and a tennis court you can use from April to October. It's all very relaxed.
For a pint or a meal, there's a pub about a mile and a half away. Looe is eight miles. It's a proper fishing town with boats and shops. Plymouth and the Eden Project are about a 20 minute drive if you fancy a day out.
Inside, it's got what you need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding is included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you're bringing little ones. No pets, I'm afraid.
