Rosecraddoc Manor - Riverbank

This is Riverbank cottage at Rosecraddoc Manor. It’s one of a few apartments in the old manor house and coach house. The manor itself is old and listed, but the cottages are modern inside.

Riverbank is detached and sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s got a 3 Star rating. It’s on the ground floor and is set up for wheelchair users. There’s a wet room with grab rails, and the kitchen worktops are low. The front door is flush, no step.

The cottage is right by the river that runs through the grounds. You get your own patio and garden area looking across the river to some parkland. It’s quiet there.

The grounds are about 35 acres. There are woods with footpaths, and a lake for coarse fishing if that’s your thing. You need your own gear. There’s also a tennis court you can use.

The local pub is about a mile and a half away. Looe is eight miles. It’s a proper seaside town with shops and the beach. Plymouth and the Eden Project are both around a 20 minute drive. Bodmin Moor is right there for walking.

Inside, it’s got what you’d need: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding is included. There’s a cot and a highchair if needed. Parking is right outside.
