Rosecraddoc Manor - Natalie Jane
This one is Natalie Jane. It's a ground floor apartment in the main manor house at Rosecraddoc. It's for two people only. One bedroom, one bathroom.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and comfortable. It's not a huge place, but it's well laid out. You get a patio area outside with furniture.
The manor is old, Grade II listed. The front door to the main building is up three stone steps. The apartment itself is all on one level once you're in. The grounds are the real point here. There's 35 acres of gardens and woodland to walk around. There's a lake you can fish in if that's your thing. You need a licence. There's also a tennis court you can use between April and October.
It's quiet. You're in the countryside, near the edge of Bodmin Moor. The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in St Cleer. A few other pubs are closer.
For a day out, Looe is about 20 minutes by car. Plymouth is maybe 40 minutes. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away. The whole south coast, places like Polperro, are within a 30 minute drive.
What's included: all the bedding and towels, WiFi, parking right outside. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. No pets.
