Rosecraddoc Manor - Stable
This is the Stable, one of the cottages at Rosecraddoc Manor. It's on the ground floor, which is useful. The main house is an old manor from the 1820s. The cottage is part of a group of places converted from the old buildings, so you'll see other guests around, but it's private.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's open plan, so the living area and kitchen are all together.
You get a patio area outside. The grounds are the big thing here. There's 35 acres of gardens and woodland to walk around. There's a lake you can fish in, and an all-weather tennis court you can use between April and October.
The location is on the edge of Bodmin Moor, so it's quiet. A shop and a pub are about a mile and a half away. Looe is eight miles for beaches and the harbour. Plymouth and the Eden Project are both roughly 20 miles away, so about a half hour drive.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, parking right outside, and we include bedding. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
