Foulston Apt
This is Foulston Apartment at Rosecraddoc Manor. It's a first-floor apartment in a large manor house, near Liskeard. You get a good view of the main lake from the windows.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The place has a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, but not flashy. The stairs to get up to the apartment are fine, just normal interior stairs.
The grounds are the main thing here. Thirty-eight acres of gardens and woodlands to walk around, and the lake is stocked for fishing. There's an all-weather tennis court you can use. The front door to the manor is up three stone steps.
There's a pub about a mile and a half away. Liskeard is two and a half miles for shops. They have a leisure centre there with a pool and a flume.
Bodmin Moor is about four miles north if you want walking or riding. Siblyback Lake is up there too, for windsurfing or sailing. The coast with beaches like Looe is about a twenty minute drive south. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away.
Facilities: parking on site, bedding is included, you'll need to bring your own towels. There's a cot and highchair if required. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
