Cotehele is in Rosecraddoc, which is near Liskeard. It's one of a few single-storey bungalows on the grounds here, so it's all on the ground floor. They're detached and set back in a quiet, wooded spot by the River Seaton.
It sleeps three people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The garden area is yours to use.
You're about 15 minutes drive from the coast at Looe. It's a proper fishing town. Polperro is a bit further along, very pretty with the harbour. The South West Coast Path is good if you like walking.
For a day out, Plymouth is under 20 miles away. It has the National Marine Aquarium. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within about a 30 minute drive. There are several big historic houses nearby, including the actual Cotehele house which is a National Trust property. Lanhydrock is another one.
On site there's parking. The bungalow has a TV and WiFi. Bedding is included, and we can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's a washing machine too. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
Useful links for the area: Cornwall Council for general visitor information and National Trust Cornwall for their local properties. For walking routes, the South West Coast Path site is good.
