Cotehele
Cotehele is a detached bungalow in Rosecraddoc, near Liskeard. It's in a quiet spot in a wooded valley, with a river running through the grounds. You'll have your own patio and garden area.
It sleeps three, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it’s comfortable and clean. Everything is on one level, which is handy.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right there. It has WiFi and a TV. Bedding is provided, and we have a cot and highchair if needed.
The local pub is about a mile and a half away. For a bigger shop, Liskeard is close.
You're about 15 minutes' drive from the coast at Looe. Polperro is a bit further along. It's a proper old fishing village with narrow streets. There are good walks from here, including footpaths that start in the village.
Plymouth is around 18 miles for a day out. The Cotehele estate is nearby, as is Lanhydrock. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 30-minute drive.
If you're into activities, Siblyback Lake does watersports. There's fishing locally, and golf courses are within 20 miles.
