Carpenters Cottage
Carpenters Cottage is in Rosecraddoc, near Liskeard. It's part of a group of cottages on the Rosecraddoc Manor estate. The main thing here is the land. It's 38 acres with woods and a lake you can fish in. The cottage itself looks out over the lake.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, warm, and well looked after.
The cottage is open plan downstairs. There's a patio with furniture. You get bedding, but please bring your own towels. There's parking right outside.
You're welcome to bring one dog. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi.
On the estate there's a tennis court. Liskeard is about two and a half miles away. They've got a good leisure centre with pools. Bodmin Moor is close for walking. The coast with beaches and harbours is a short drive south.
The Eden Project is about a 25 minute drive. For wider planning, National Trust Cornwall and Bodmin Moor have useful information.
It's a quiet spot. Good if you want to be outdoors but have somewhere solid to come back to.
