Carpenters Cottage
Carpenters Cottage is in the grounds of Rosecraddoc Manor, near Liskeard in Cornwall. It's one of a few cottages and apartments around the old manor house.
It's a one bedroom place for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well equipped. You can bring up to two dogs.
The cottage looks out over the lake here. You get a patio and garden area. It's open plan inside. The facilities are all standard: TV, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding is included but you need to bring your own towels. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
The grounds are about 38 acres. There's the lake, which you can fish in. There's also an all-weather tennis court. It's very quiet.
You’re about a mile and a half from the nearest pub. Liskeard is two and a half miles away. They've got a leisure centre there with indoor pools and a gym.
Bodmin Moor starts about four miles away. Good for walking. Siblyback Lake is up there too, if you fancy windsurfing or sailing. The south coast with its beaches is about a 20 minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away.
