Tresco
Tresco is a bungalow, which means it's all on one level. It's one of several set in a quiet valley near Liskeard, on the Rosecraddoc estate. The grounds are wooded and the River Seaton runs through them. It's detached, so you're not right on top of anyone else.
It sleeps four people. There are three bedrooms, but one of them has bunk beds, so it's really best for either two couples, or a couple with two children. One bathroom, with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious.
The layout might suit you if you don't want stairs. There's a patio and garden area. On site, there's also a shared games room and parking.
It's quite a rural spot. The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away in Doublebois. There's a shop in Liskeard, which is a couple of miles.
For getting around, you're quite central for Cornwall. Looe and the coast is about a 15-minute drive south. Plymouth is about half an hour east. Dartmoor is roughly the same drive north.

It says pets are allowed, but you'd need to check with me for the details on that. Bedding and a cot are included if you need them.
