This is Lakeview. It's a cottage in the grounds of Rosecraddoc Manor, near Looe. The manor house is old, but Lakeview is a more modern building. It's detached, so you're on your own.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The rating is 3 Star. It's comfortable and clean.
The main thing is the view. The living room is upstairs, and it has a big balcony that looks straight out over the fishing lake. You get the view from there and from the main bedroom. The lake is stocked with carp and bream if you want to fish.
The place sits in about 35 acres of grounds. There are woods and footpaths to walk. There's an all-weather tennis court you can use. It's quiet.
Inside, it has the things you'd need: WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing little ones. You can bring up to two dogs.
For a shop or a pub, you need to go about a mile and a half. Looe is about eight miles away, that's the nearest proper seaside town. Plymouth and the Eden Project are both roughly a 40-minute drive. Bodmin Moor is on your doorstep for walking.
