Rosecraddoc Manor - Coachman's

This is Coachman's Cottage at Rosecraddoc Manor. It's for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. You can bring one dog.

The place is old, built in the 1820s. It's part of a big converted coach house on a 35-acre estate. The main manor house is just over there. It's a proper estate with woods, a fishing lake, and an all-weather tennis court you can use. The lake is stocked with fish if you're into that.

It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean, not a show home. The stairs up to it are stone and a bit steep. Just so you know.

Inside, it's laid out like a studio. The bedroom area is sort of open to the living space. It's got everything you'd need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding is included and there's a cot and highchair if needed. You park right outside.

There's a patio with a table and chairs. You look out over the grounds. It's quiet.

The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in St Keyne. A few more pubs are within a short drive. Looe is the main town around here, about eight miles. It's a proper fishing harbour with beaches. Plymouth is twenty miles in one direction, the Eden Project is twenty miles in the other.

You're right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Good walking from the door. For a big day out, you can drive into the moor itself or down to the south coast. Useful links for planning: National Trust Bodmin Moor and Cornwall Council Bodmin Moor page.
