Squirrels Leap is in Rosecraddoc. It's Cornish countryside, fairly central, so you can get to the north or south coast without too much driving.
It's a two-bedroom cottage, sleeps four. One double room, one with twin beds. There's one bathroom with a bath and an electric shower over it. It's got a 3 Star rating. Everything works and it's clean. The living area is all one open plan room.
You're on a quiet holiday village. It's very peaceful. The patio gets the sun in the evening. You get your own parking space right next to it.
For a local walk, you can go straight from the door into the woods. You might see buzzards or hear owls. For a longer ride or walk, the Camel Trail starts at Bodmin. It's a flat track all the way to Padstow. Bodmin Moor is about twenty minutes away for proper hiking.
The nearest beaches are Downderry and Seaton, about a twenty-five minute drive to the south coast. Polperro and Looe are a bit further, maybe thirty-five minutes. Fowey is nice for a day out, about forty minutes.
Inside, there's a Smart TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Cornwall page is good for houses and gardens. For the moors, VisitBritain's Bodmin Moor guide has some useful information.
