Eden is a bungalow in Rosecraddoc, Cornwall. It's detached. There are a few other cottages around but it feels private. The grounds are wooded, and the River Seaton runs through them. It's quiet here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's homely and clean, not modern luxury. Everything is on the ground floor, which is handy. There's a patio with your own bit of garden. You can park right outside.
Inside, it's straightforward. There's a TV, WiFi, a shower, and a washing machine. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's a games room on site too, which is useful if the weather turns.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. The grounds are good for letting them out.
It's a rural spot. The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away, so you'll need a car. The location is good for getting around. Looe and the coast are about a fifteen minute drive. Polperro is just along from there. Plymouth is about eighteen miles away if you need a city.
For days out, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within half an hour. The National Trust has several houses nearby like Lanhydrock and Cotehele. Siblyback Lake is good for watersports.
That's about it. It's a comfortable base for seeing things, without any fuss.
