Tinners Gate
Tinners Gate is a converted barn near Liskeard, in a place called Crow's Nest. It's for two people. There's one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating.
The living space is all on the ground floor. There's a kitchen area and a sitting room with a wood burner. It's not a real fire, it's an electric effect one. The stairs are the original barn ones, so they're a bit steeper than a normal house.
Outside, there's a garden with a patio. The owners live next door and they're happy for you to use it. It's got nice planting and a little stream running through.
There's a pub about half a mile away that does food. The town is Liskeard, which is a few miles drive for shops and supermarkets.
You're right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It's good walking country. The famous Cheesewring rock is up there, and the Hurlers stone circles. The village of Minions is on the moor and has a pub. The coast at Looe is about a 25 minute drive.
Facilities include parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels. The entrance is level, so it's suitable for someone with limited mobility. No pets.
