Tinners Gate
Tinners Gate is near Liskeard, in a place called Crow's Nest. It's a converted barn next to our house. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean, not luxury.
The main room is open plan, kitchen and living area together. There's a wood burner effect fire. The stairs go up to the bedroom, which has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower. Outside, there's a garden with a patio area. We've worked on it for years, it's got a bit of a Mediterranean feel with some stone features and a small stream. You're welcome to use it.
The local pub is about half a mile walk. They do food. Liskeard town is a short drive for shops and other pubs.
For things to do, you're right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Good for walking straight from the door. The Minions area is up there, and the Hurlers stone circles. Golitha Falls is a nice spot, about a 15-minute drive. The coast is about 12 miles, so you'd need to drive for a proper beach day.
It has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but please note the bathroom is upstairs.
