Stone The Crows

This place is Stone The Crows in Rosecraddoc. It’s a bungalow, so everything is on one level. Handy if you don’t fancy stairs. It's semi-detached and sits in a quiet valley with trees. There's a stream at the bottom of the garden.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s got a 3 Star rating which means it's clean, comfortable and does what it says on the tin, but it’s not posh.

The living area is open-plan. You’ve got a patio out the back. It’s a nice spot for a coffee in the morning. The main road into Liskeard is at the top of the lane, so you do get some traffic noise, but it’s fine once you’re inside.

For shops, you’re about two miles out. The nearest pub is three miles. There’s on-site parking.

Location-wise, you’re right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. You can be up there walking in about ten minutes. The Eden Project is only a ten minute drive. Plymouth is about half an hour. The south coast harbours like Looe and Fowey are a 20-25 minute drive. The north coast, like Padstow, is about 40 minutes.

Facilities are straightforward: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
