Lake View Cottage
This is Lake View Cottage. It's one of the properties at Rosecraddoc Manor, just outside Liskeard in Cornwall.
The cottage sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and well-kept. It’s detached, so you’ve got your own space.
The big thing here is the grounds. You’re right on the lake, which you can fish if you want. There’s a tennis court you can use too. The whole place is about 38 acres of woodland and gardens to walk around. The main manor house is old and listed. The cottages are spread around it.
Inside, it has what you’d expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. The beds are made up for you. You’ll need to bring your own towels. We can take up to two dogs.
Lisheard is a couple of miles away. There’s a big leisure centre there with swimming pools, including a flume for kids. A decent pub is about a mile and a half down the road.
If you want to get out, Bodmin Moor is very close, within four miles. You can walk or ride up there. The south coast with its beaches and harbours is about a twenty minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away.
