This is Pencarrow, in Rosecraddoc. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. Good spot if stairs are a problem. It's detached and sits in a shared, landscaped bit of valley. The River Seaton runs through the grounds.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There’s one bathroom with a shower. It has a 3 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and clean. You can bring one dog. There’s a patio garden, and parking right outside.
Inside, there’s a washing machine, TV, and wi-fi. Bedding is included. We’ve got a cot and highchair if you need them. There’s also a shared games room on site.
It’s quiet here, but not isolated. The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away in the village. For a proper shop, you’d drive to Liskeard, which isn’t far. They’ve got a leisure centre there with a pool. You can get the train from Liskeard station down to Looe, which is a nice trip.
You’re well placed to explore. Looe and the coast are about 15 minutes by car. Polperro is a bit further along. Plymouth is under 20 miles for a day out. If you like gardens, The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach. For walking, you’ve got the coast path or Bodmin Moor. There are National Trust places like Cotehele and Lanhydrock nearby too.
