Rosecraddoc Manor is in Cornwall, near the edge of Bodmin Moor. It's an old manor house split into apartments. Riverview is one of the ground floor ones by the river. It's detached, so you're on your own.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 star rating. It's set up to be wheelchair friendly, so the doorways are wide and there are grab rails in the bathroom. The kitchen worktops are a bit lower than usual.
The cottage looks out over a small river and the parkland. There's a private patio with a garden area. You get your own parking spot right outside.
The main house is about 75 yards away. The grounds are about 35 acres. There's a fishing lake, an all-weather tennis court you can use, and woods with footpaths. The river is right there. It's peaceful.
Inside, it's straightforward. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in St Cleer. It's a proper village pub. Looe is eight miles. It's a fishing port with beaches. Plymouth and the Eden Project are both about a 30 minute drive. You're well placed for the coast or the moor.
