Rosecraddoc Manor - Riverview
This is Riverview, at Rosecraddoc Manor near Liskeard in Cornwall. It's one of a few cottages on the estate. The main house is old, but the cottages are modern inside.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's been adapted for wheelchair users, which means things like lower worktops and grab rails. There are no steps to get in. The driveway goes over an old bridge, which is quite nice.
It's detached and sits right by a small river. You get your own patio. The grounds are about 35 acres of gardens and woods. There's a fishing lake you can use, and a tennis court. It's very quiet.
The location is good. You're on the edge of Bodmin Moor if you want to walk there. Looe is about eight miles away for the beach and harbour. Plymouth and the Eden Project are both roughly 20 miles, so about half an hour by car.
There's a shop and a pub about a mile and a half away. You'll need a car.
For facilities, it has the basics: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, parking. It's baby and toddler friendly with a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
