River View Villa
This is River View Villa. It’s one of the holiday cottages at Rosecraddoc Manor, near Liskeard in Cornwall. The main thing is the grounds. There’s a big lake you can fish in, tennis courts, and a lot of space to walk around. It's detached, so it’s just yours.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower and it’s on the ground floor, which is handy. The property is listed as wheelchair accessible, with grab rails and things like that. The front door is on the ground floor too, with no steps.
Inside, it’s got what you’d need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding is included, but you need to bring your own towels. You can bring up to two dogs. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The location is good for getting to different parts of Cornwall. Bodmin Moor is about four miles away for walking. The coast with beaches is a short drive south. The Eden Project is about 20 miles, so maybe 40 minutes in the car. Liskeard town is two and a half miles away and has a leisure centre with pools.
There’s a pub about a mile and a half away. You park right at the cottage.
