River View Villa
River View Villa is on the Rosecraddoc manor estate, near Liskeard. It's a detached house, which means you won't have neighbours right next door. The main thing is the view. You look out over the lake from the garden and the main rooms. It's quiet.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The garden is yours to use. It's got patio furniture. There's parking on the drive right outside.
On site, you can fish in the lake if you have a licence. There's also an all-weather tennis court. The grounds are about 38 acres, so you can just go for a walk without leaving.
The house is listed as having some wheelchair accessible features. There's a ground floor wet room with grab rails and a seat. The entrance is level. Some worktops in the kitchen are lower. If you need specific details, just ask and I can check.
Inside, it's clean and warm. Bedding is included. You need to bring your own towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away in Doublebois. Liskeard is two and a half miles for shops. They've got a leisure centre there with pools and a gym.
Bodmin Moor is close, maybe ten minutes by car. Good for walking. Bodmin Moor has information. Siblyback Lake is up there for water sports.
The south coast beaches like Looe are about a 25 minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed but it's not totally secure, so if your dog is a real escape artist, you'd need to keep an eye out.
