Trevarno is in Rosecraddoc, near Liskeard. It's one of a few detached bungalows set back in a quiet valley. The grounds are wooded and the River Seaton runs through them. It's very peaceful.
The bungalow sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so expect a clean, comfortable place rather than a modern show home. Being a bungalow, everything is on one level, which is handy.
You're in a good spot for seeing Cornwall and a bit of Devon. The south coast, places like Looe and Polperro, are about a 15 minute drive away. Looe is a proper fishing town. Polperro is smaller, with a tiny harbour and narrow streets. There are footpaths from the village if you like walking.
Plymouth is about 18 miles if you need a city or want the National Marine Aquarium. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 25 miles. For historic houses, you've got Cotehele and Lanhydrock nearby.
On site, there's a patio garden, parking, and WiFi. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a TV, a shower, and a washing machine.
The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away. For a bigger shop, Liskeard is close. They have a leisure centre with a pool. From Liskeard station you can get the scenic branch line train down to Looe.
