The Hurlers is a detached house on the Rosecraddoc Manor estate, near Liskeard. It's set back from the main road in the grounds here, so it's quiet. There's a river, the Seaton, that runs alongside the patio.
It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's a big, open-plan space downstairs, which works well for groups. The French doors open onto a private patio by the river.
The estate has about 35 acres of grounds and woodland you can walk around. There's a lake for coarse fishing if you have a licence, and a tennis court you can use between April and October.
You're on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It's about a twenty minute drive to get up onto the moor properly. Looe is eight miles away for the harbour and beaches. Polperro is a bit further. Plymouth and the Eden Project are roughly a half hour drive, depending on traffic.
The facilities are all here: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, wood burner. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. Plenty of parking right outside.
