The Hurlers is a house on the Rosecraddoc Manor estate. It's detached. It sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well finished and comfortable.
The place is big and light. The living room has doors out to a private patio right by the river. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and another little bar area with stools. Good for a drink in the evening. There's a wood burner. All the bedding and towels are included.
The house is on an estate with about 35 acres of grounds. There are woods and footpaths. There's a lake you can fish in, and a tennis court you can use most of the year. Everything is well kept.
The stairs inside are quite steep. It's that sort of house. It's fine if you take your time.
You're on the edge of Bodmin Moor here. It's quiet. The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in St Cleer.
For days out, Looe is about eight miles. It's a proper fishing harbour. Polperro is a bit further, good for a wander. Plymouth is around twenty miles if you need a city. The Eden Project is about the same distance.
You're well placed for the south coast. Seaton beach is about twelve miles. There are lots of smaller coves if you don't mind a walk down.
