Heligan is a detached bungalow around Rosecraddoc in Cornwall. It's one of several in some private landscaped grounds, set back in a quiet valley. There's a river, the Seaton, that runs through the property.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. Being a bungalow, everything is on the ground floor so there are no stairs.
The garden is yours to use. There's parking right there. Inside, you've got a washing machine, wifi, a TV, and all the bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
It's a rural spot. The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away.
For getting out and about, you're well placed. Looe, which is a proper fishing town, is about a 15-minute drive. The coast path is accessible from there. Polperro is a bit further along. Inland, you've got Bodmin Moor. Plymouth is about 18 miles if you need a city. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are both within a 30-minute drive. There are several National Trust houses nearby, like Cotehele and Lanhydrock.
If you're into activities, Siblyback Lake does watersports. There's a leisure centre in Liskeard. The branch line train from Liskeard down to Looe is a nice trip.
